Yugo Ryan, "The Mountain Dew God" as his cultists know him, is notorious for evading his own death. Killed initially by the Ice Droid, Yugo came back to life later when Majin Tobias led a holographic incarnation of his mind to the software program dubbed "X-Yugo". He, along with Orv and Reno, as "Trinity", orchestrated the I3 World Heavyweight Dictatorship Tournament, which Yugo won with some assistance from Orv. This made Yugo the first I3 World Heavyweight Dictator.
Reno is Yugo's assistant in his dictatorship. The two of them originally met when Yugo purchased Mexico for the sum of roughly one United States cent. Reno has remained loyal to his boss since they met in front of the Mexican Captiol Building, even disappearing when Yugo died, and resurfacing upon Yugo's return. He oversaw the execution of the I3 World Heavyweight Dictatorship Tournament, and took care of seating the fans, and announcing the matches.
Majin Tobias is a hedgehog that Yugo met at an undetermined point in time, asking him to aid him in his revival. Tobias escorted the holographic Yugo to X-Yugo's body, effectively aiding Yugo in, again, escaping death. Tobias is a guitar fanatic, and when not around Yugo and Reno, plotting their revenge on Orv, he is often at the nearest guitar store, gawking at the merchandise.
Dark Yugo is the polar opposite of Yugo, to a tee. All that Yugo supports, Dark Yugo does not. He is a massive Nintendo fan, and called, at times, the "The Red Bull God". He possesses all the abilities Yugo does, though they are derived from Red Bull, rather than Mountain Dew. Dark Yugo was born when Yugo lied one time too many.
Titrotu, an old friend of Yugo's, came to I3 as "The Silhouette", using the Silhouette Generator to conceal his identity, to aid in Yugo's revival, mainly by opening the "x-yugoinstall.exe" file stored in Igor's harddrive. He competed against Yugo in the final round of the I3 World Heavyweight Dictatorship Tournament, and would have won, if not for outside interference from Orv.
Screech is one of Yugo's closest and oldest friends, despite the many confrontations they've had over time. Spanning from the "Six Mountain Dews" incident, to the "Zebra Cake Incident", Screech's attempted murder of Yugo on his birthday, to various arguments as to why Screech is often the group meat-shield, and most recently, their opposing allegiances in the I3 World Heavyweight Dictatorship Tournament.
Videogame Man is an enigma. His apathy often gives those around him the feeling that he's scheming something of an ultimate plot to rule the world, or just lacking interest in anything beyond videogames. Despite this, he was once a great superhero, using his Sega Dreamcast controller to defeat his enemies, often by forcing them to jump directly into ceiling fans and other rotating blades. He is called, by some, the most defunct superhero of all time.
Chris is probably the youngest member of any faction involved. During the Capture-the-Flag games of IGFI, Chris was associated with the Yellow Team, going against Yugo. He again competed against Yugo, most recently in the I3 World Heavyweight Dictatorship Tournament, being defeated by Videogame Man in the first round.
Dr. Evilness is a bad parody meant to last only a short while, but eventually became synonymous with CDE. He and Yugo battle rather often, and many times, without any real reason whatsoever. As a "peace offering", Yugo gave the good doctor a miniature clone dubbed "Chibi-Me", whom Dr. Evilness has raised like a son.
The Ice Droid is the leader of the Triangle From Hell, and the only one in history able to successfully kill Yugo, if only for a short time. When Yugo died, it was Ice Droid that declared the Triangle From Hell to be in power. His motives seem to revolve solely around regaining control over I3, but who knows what Ice Droid could have planned?
Jiango was once a hired assassin by Yugo to destroy Dark Yugo and his three assassins. Jiango is powerful and quick, yet easily distracted. Despite being Yugo's hired gun, he faced Yugo in the first round of the I3 World Heavyweight Dictatorship Tournament. He, along with the rest of (The Silhouette's) New World Order, has essentially gone M-I-A since the tournament.
Silvaa, the Eater of Souls, is greatly misunderstood. Those looking at him for the first time often scream, and are terrified of his demonic appearance, yet he's gentle, and almost feminine in nature, often singing karaoke, or crying to himself when those around him scream in terror. All he ever wanted was to be loved!
Born Orville Ryan Bacher, he changed his name to "Orville Ryan" (Orv, for short), for legality issues. Orv turned his back on Yugo and Reno during Yugo's most recent incapacitation. He struck Reno unconscious as he was reinstalling X-Yugo, and stole the I3 World Heavyweight Dictator belt, making him the reigning dictator. Amidst the confusion, Orv fled to Australia, where he was last seen opening a popcorn shop.
The ultimate in the mystery men of I3. No, seriously. His name's "Mystery Man". Don't believe me? Ask him yourself. Oh wait, you can't. Guess you'll just have to take my word for it...
